The Magic Challenge
“Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it!”
"Hi Mark – thanks so much for coming in – you guys were a huge success! Had a lot of good feedback." Event Marketing - UBS
The Magic Challenge
Magic is truly beguiling, unique, intelligent and engaging experience.
Despite the fact that we all have ‘common sense’ the point is that no sense is common and in magic we can influence people to suspend their normal beliefs and lead them to place that will make them laugh, gasp and want to know more. It’s possibly the ultimate team building ‘tool’ – with focus on presentation, influencing, performance, laughter, shared experience and fun. Magic is definitely one the few activities that delegates will take home with them and show or tell their friends and family.
How it Works
The event begins with a show and demonstration of jaw dropping magic by our professional Poisson Rouge Magician facilitators. Then – armed with magic tricks and following instruction from the professionals – team members must first learn how to perform different magic tricks before then practicing how to finesse a magic performance in front of their colleagues
Hugely entertaining to watch and be part of – the laughter and energy is non-stop!
Team magical performances over – the professionals step back in to deliver a finale that will leave everybody speechless.
You know Harry Potter isn’t real – you know that magicians can’t really do magic… or can they? …and as Terry Pratchett said “magic is still magic – even if you know how its done”
Magic is a unique platform for team development. Famously – Richard Branson perfected the ‘watch steal‘ so as to maximise his impact in his earlier career.
All tricks are yours to keep and where competition is required – points are awarded for the complexity of the magic performed and the skill with which they are done.
Teams learn to embed magic into presentations around themes relevant to their team and company.
The Magic Challenge is perfect for a half or full day and for pretty much any size group.
