A fun event in which you get to learn about chocolate, make chocolate, eat chocolate and leave with a stunning box of delicious, hand made chocolate truffles (made by you) …oh and there’s a bit of teamwork thrown in too – What’s not to like!
"I could give up chocolate if I wanted too - but I'm no quitter! "
The Chocolate Challenge
The ultimate mood enhancing, endorphin creating and delicious way to develop your team
How it Works
This team event starts with a demonstration by our expert chocolatier – who will demonstrate how to make a perfect ganache (a mix of chocolate and butter cream.) Then using cold slab marble boards and an assortment of exotic flavours and ingredients he will show the teams how to create truffles.
We will make sure every team has everything they need to promote their new brand and to package their chocolates including cardboard, plastic boxes, miscellaneous packaging materials, coloured pens, glue, magazines, scissors, glitter, ribbons ….. etc
The challenge is for each team to make and package a selection of delicious, multi flavoured, chocolate truffles – responding to a ‘client’ brief or theme.
Teams are judged on their creativity in packaging and presentation, on how effective they are in production, on how tasty their chocolates are, on how well they have met the brief, on their team work and even on how much fun they have had.
Why the Chocolate Challenge
If you really want to get someone’s attention – give them chocolate.
Chocolate makes us feel good and is a multi billion dollar industry so it’s a win / win from a team building perspective.
In this teambuilding activity you will get the chance to do something you probably haven’t done before – to have fun and laugh a lot, to think commercially about products and customers and to be creative.
At the same time you will have a chance to explore some of the basic principals of effective team work.
It’s also a very flexible activity that can be delivered pretty much anywhere that has water, electricity and some tables and can last 1 hour or a whole day.
