Outdoor Team Building From Poisson Rouge

If you would like to boost or support your team then one of the outdoor team building challenges below will hit the spot.

The Quest Challenge

The Quest Challenge is an engaging treasure hunt. Working in teams the challenge is to find hidden clues, seek out information about the venue or local area, solve riddles, take photographs, shoot video, meet celebrities, try foods, find ‘treasures’ and have as much fun as possible. It is also a great way to see and get to know a town, city, area or venue.

Working together team members must complete as many questions and tasks as they can ending up at a pre-determined finishing point (often a pub or restaurant) where war stories are swapped, photos displayed, films watched, prizes handed out and of course a well earned drink enjoyed.

This activity can last a half day or full day and we have them already set up in cities and locations all over the world.

The Bicycle Challenge

Treasure hunts are enormous fun and for many treasure hunts on bikes are even better! There’s absolutely NO fitness requirement and enjoyment, teamwork and safety are the only priorities.

Teams collect points by visiting places in the challenge and then photographing key landmarks, finding clues and completing strategic and often creative tasks (i.e. create the best album cover you can involving a fountain!). Cryptic clues, problem-solving puzzles. writing poems, map reading, general knowledge, scavenge retrieval, film making ….all play their part.

The event ends at a predetermined venue where teams can compare notes, answers are marked and prizes are awarded. Bicycle challenges can last a half day or a full day.

The Mini Adventure

A treasure hunt and clue trail using your own fleet of Mini Coopers. This is all about planning – working out your best route, using your team’s collective guile – being competitive and having fun.

Following the briefing – teams are then free to depart at will but first teams must plan their routes and work out what challenges they are going to tackle. It is not a race and the normal rules of the road apply. What it is however is a brilliant and creative clue trail that will task the teams to work out routes, map read, solve riddles, find objects, take photographs, shoot films and more.
