Pat O’Toole

Pat is a senior Associate of Poisson Rouge and is a Trainer, Facilitator and Coach for Business Education and the Arts.

Her work encompasses teaching, training, directing, coaching, research and workshop facilitation.

She was a Consultant Partner in power2partners (2006-2009) offering creative training and development in business, media, education and the arts and an associate Trainer for CAPITA and Jo and Co.

She now works with a number of SME’s as a Management Development Consultant and in 2014 trained as a Lego Serious Play Facilitator (fulfilling a life long dream to play with Lego!)

Specialist areas include Communication and Performance Skills, Making and Impact and Management Development.

She is currently a Course Director at Rose Bruford College (A University Sector Drama School) and an External Consultant Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. Pat has been involved with the vocational training of actors and actor musicians for over 20 years, having started her career as an actress and now uses her unique performance skills as a private Performance and Communication Coach.

An energetic ‘plate spinner’ who loves a challenge – her passions include mosaics, Harvey’s beer, Lewes Bonfire, great acting, films, organising things and people, education and her greatest achievement to date is that both her teenage daughter and partner still talk to her!

Pat has been a friend and colleague of Mark Katz – (founder of Poisson Rouge) – for much longer than either are prepared to publicise here!
