Following a post graduate spell in the incentive travel industry coupled with a growing fascination for the psychology of performance Mark set up Red Fish Limited in 1992. Today – Poisson Rouge – is well known as a leading innovator in the sphere of individual and team performance development.
Mark and his team have worked extensively with a vast spectrum of blue chip organisations worldwide, UK Government ministries and both public sector and third sector bodies.
Mark is comfortable and very experienced at facilitation, hosting and presenting and is very comfortable with all grades of employees from the shop floor to executive teams.
Mark is a relationship person – his key strengths lie in his ability to communicate effectively in an open and interactive style.

Outside of his Poisson Rouge world Mark is a published author and a qualified rugby coach. He has a wife and a son and a passion for food, wine, travel and sport.
