How Does it Work?
We offer a time management ‘Master Class’ that is ideal for a half day or full day.
The format is a facilitated training cohort – with both plenary and break-out sessions using Powerpoint, film and interactive exercises.
We start with a series of warm up ‘energisers’. These are short, sharp and for the most part simply fun exercises to emphasise how time can be critical to success.
Breaking up the Day
Working in sub teams – we invite each person to break their average working day into clear sections and discuss with their colleagues – the impact of time management (or lack of it) on this ‘typical’ day and to explore ideas for how they might change and improve the existing scenario.
Ever stopped to consider how much your time is worth. In this exercise we help make connections between time spent and costs to the business
Saying no is often harder than it sounds. This session looks and when and how to say no and how to create empathy and acceptance when doing it.
Scheduling and Planning
Here’s a bold thought – you have to schedule time to schedule your time. This is a session on having clear goals, planning for interruptions and scheduling.
Finally – we bring all elements of the day together so that each personal creates and then leaves with a list of actionable outputs.
