Bicycle Team Building

It is human nature to explore and cycling is one of the most popular sports in the world. A bicycle team building treasure hunt brings both together in a fun day of problem solving and enjoyable competition.

How Bicycle Team Building Works

Riding a bike allows you and your team to explore and experience an area fast yet in a way that allows you to appreciate the surroundings. As your team participates in the treasure hunt they will engage with a variety of key team competencies.

The first is time management as the team plan their route. There are more clues to discover than time available so they need to decide what can be left out.

Teams collect points by visiting places in the challenge and then working together photographing key landmarks, finding the clues and completing strategic tasks that will stretch their creative thinking. Lots of discussion is required that teaches teams a lot about the importance of communication.

Cryptic clues, problem-solving puzzles. writing poems, map reading, general knowledge, scavenge retrieval, film making can all play a part.

Bicycle Team Building Is Not A Fitness Challenge

Rest assured there is no fitness requirement for our bicycle team building. We put the priority on teamwork, enjoyment, and safety for all participants. We offer  participants a quick ‘update’ session allowing them to try out their bikes in a safe environment. The bikes we typically use are hybrid mountain/road bikes. In many locations electric bikes are available on request.

In addition to their transport teams are provided with a selection of old school tools such as maps clipboards and pens that combine with some high tech ipads and cameras.

Get in touch and book you team a brilliant day out that will have a positive and lasting impact
